Internet Explorer 7 and Google Mail
A friend of mine has just recently started having problems logging into GMail in Internet Explorer 7. They get past the login only to be given a blank page with the word "Done" on it and (apparently) a slightly odd-looking red envelope icon on the tab.
After looking around a bit it turns out that they're not alone. The problem only seems to affect IE7, and appears to have started around the beginning of this month. I couldn't reproduce it myself but the cure, which worked in this case, is to use the secure GMail address instead of the plain one:
